縣城浮生的劇情簡介 　　這是一個位于華北平原黃河南岸的具有代表性的小縣城，人口近90萬，其中城區人口二十余萬，這一片區的治安由城區派出所管轄，所里有民警近30人。鏡頭便對準了這個城區派出所，派出所每天都會接到許多報警，上演著形形色色的小城故事，或讓人氣憤，或讓人心疼，亦或者啼笑皆非，表現出小城生活百態，以此展現出在社會日益發展下，中國小縣城人民的生存和精神狀態。
